Game keeps minimizing

I have recently had a problem with steam, where my game would at random timeS, tab out. I play games such as CSGO and GTA 5 (those are the only two games i have play). I play in fullscreen mode on CSGO for my preferred resolution and fullscreen windowed for GTA 5 and still have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:D
