TF2, CS:GO locks, and the ruinous side effects

So now we have gem bags being used as the 'currency' of choice.

Around the same time every night (8-10am in China), 'fjdoiajczcx' 'jiogjdrgjfid' 'reopwqjujfds' and 'ciznjoxjasf' buy 1000's of bags of gems. If you watch them long enough, they'll usually 'friend' some DOTA player with 1000+ hours, and usually this DOTA player won't have a hidden inventory, so you can see a few gem bags appear (then usually disappear shortly thereafter, getting listed on marketplace).

Other times, they'll send it to some central mule.. the most I've seen on any account at one time was close to 2500.

Now, most of these old accounts that I've seen on other days have trade bans. That's nice and all, but these trade bans come too late. They are back the next day with more jfosjifoas with gearcrack arena or beyond gravity (and sometimes DOTA, depending on their purpose) doing the same old thing. The dates I've seen for account creation range from December 27th to January 22nd.

How about creating a minimum wage job, so the next time joifdjifjdasofjds makes some absurd 1000 bag bid at .80 when the next highest is .70, something can be done then, instead of 12 hours later, after everything is already transferred away.
