BEX error Air Conflicts Secret War

Hello all.

I have a BEX error on Air conflicts secret war that i bought recently.

The strange thing is that the game started once ,gave a BEX and from then even if i reinstall the game always giving BEX.
Also the game has a configure.exe that i run it once (before run succesfully for 1 minute the game) and this also now doesnt open, giving a BEX error.

I would appreciate if someone could help me ..because until now i didnt found anything to net...and i am not experienced game(and pc general) player...

Lets tell the facts exactly.
a)bought the game made the installation.(game dont have key-registration)
b)put out the cd try to ryn and ask me to put the cd or connect and bye.
c)I putted the cd again ...didnt run but i dont remember what error gave.
d)search the net ....run configure.exe and put lower details and also changed my windows to 1280x960 pixels tried again the 'game'.exe
the game started but crashed i thing with BEX error.
e)tried again the configure.exe gave BEX
f)Reinstall and install, all (game.exe and configure.exe) giving BEX
g)Exclude programs from the windows DEP nothing again....
h)Install the patch from the game link page nothing again..

The Unistall.exe from the game folder running ok....
Also one more thing is that i noticed that one site for this game is not valid-not working...

Thats all...i have to tell.
