I have always been with AMD and I have recently just upgraded from an AMD 6950/6970(unlocked shaders) to an Asus Strix GTX 970 and I am experiencing sluggish, choppy gameplay. Am I missing something in nvidia control panel? Do I need to change these values from default? TF2 ran well with the 6950 previously.
Averaging betweeen 180-300fps but feels like it's about 40. I'm missing so many shots that should hit. Hitting a headshot on a moving target is next to impossible. Running everything on low.

Comforting to know that the micro pause/stutter bug every minute or so at least hasn't changed.
