Steam Games Shut off all sounds

Hello There,
As the title say, it's about the sound problem.
You see, before i was playing steam game, the sound was fine. But after i started the steam game, the sound shut off. I checked on the sound playback while playing (using razer surround, not realtek) there was no green bar. So i exited the game. Even after i exited the game, There was still no sound, but there were green bars that move when i tried my music,movies,etc.

This only happens to steam game. Because when i tried World of Tanks which is not from steam, the sound worked just fine.

I tried updating drivers, plug in and plug out the headphones cables (I use Razer Tiamat 2.2), Changing the default sound playback (Razer>realtek>razer>realtek),
And finally restarting the computer which seems the only working option.

AND

The sound precisely shut off when loading the game (not the main menu). So when playing dota, when still at the main menu, it's fine, but when it goes to loading the match, the sound shutoff at the middle of loading the match.
