Solution: Can't create lobby or join

For those of you that also had problems trying to create lobby. Go to your steam library right click CS:GO >Properties >Local Files tab > Verify integrity of game cache... at the end it said that 2 files failed to validate and had to be reacquired, after that I was able to create a lobby.
