So recently i locked my account, This was on August 11th, so just yesterday i decided to make another ticket, regarding the same matter, to see if that one might get noticed. Next thing i know i log on the next day only to find my ticket closed, Or, not in my questions area, It seems like the ticket was deleted from existence... So what happen?
