i`ve got a patent ban because someone cheated!!How i contact someone??

THIS IS SO UNFAIR!!!! im so pissed with that i cant do anything besides get more angry why the hell my patent should be banned because someone cheated without my full consent??i never in my life cheated in any type of online game and having this label "banned patent" just let me more angry!!how can i talk someone in charge??i cant support this,i wont give up easily with this until someone convince me i deserve this!!
