I remember 2 games from the past but i cant get the titles on my own to google them. Ill try to explain what the game was about. Both were sci fi games and 3d.
1.
You were a cop as i can remember. 3rd Person view. You were able to walk inside and outside of buildings. There were also cars (without wheels) and if i remember correctly you can order a ride to get you to other locations. About the next part im a bit unsure. If i remember correctly you had some mind-skills (dunno what they were about).
2.
Second game i only remember that you were able to fly around in a city with traffic and so on, which was pretty funny because of the vertical aspect. You were somehow able to upgrade your ride. There were races and other missions. Dunno had only played the demo that time.
If someone can help me with those two. I know my descriptions arent the best but ... well i really need to remember :)
