All i said in all other topics seems to be ignored by community. Got this game while ago and it wasn't working. Fps counter was going down to approx. 4 fps, crashes etc... Did my testing with HIDs, radeonpro and beta version of amd driver. Nothing worked for me.
All i did was to completely remove amd catalyst center with all "blessed by amd" drivers and there it is; Prototype runs smooth with lowest 32 fps highest 60 due to v-sync. Enjoy this good port, it's quiet good game. Remember to let your Win 7 install clean, default driver.
