If Valve were to do a Source 2 port or remake, what's one new feature you'd want?

Forget about performance improvements, that's a given, what is one new feature that you'd like to see added to TF2?

For me?

Destructible Environments!

I want bullets to shatter glass, explosives to blast holes in thin walls, and flames to set wooden objects on fire/burn them down!
And no, it's not just cosmetic, it is a real feature which effects gameplay. Blowing out the walls of a base as Demoman or Soldier opens up a new routes for the team, and lighting things on fire allows the Pyro to temporarily slow the enemy advance, or possibly destroy a route by burning down bridges.
In addition, the Engineers can now repair broken walls/burnt bridges.

I imagine that blasting open walls would require special items (such as the unused Dynamite Pack/MIRV and Grenades) which exist for the purpose of demolition and thus have limited combat effectiveness. Said items would also not recharge and would require a trip back to the resupply cabinet to replenish after use.
With fire working something like it does in the Far Cry games, in which flames spreading across/engulf a burnable surface, inflicting afterburn to anyone (save for other Pyros) who come into contact with it, but would deal more damage than standard afterburn.
However, Pyro cannot simply puff a wooden object or hit it with a flare to light it on fire, but must hold his flamethrower on the object for a few seconds before it will catch.
Mad Milk and Jarate can be used to extinguish burning objects, but only if they haven't completely engulfed said object.
