This heavy was using an aimbot with no spread for his minigun. The account says he's from Russia, however, he has 892 hours on it.

I wanted to address that I believe there's a few snipers on valve servers that tend to be aimbotting in a discrete way, and just because the person has hours on his or her account, that does not mean that they're not cheating.
