Hello, I am asking this question for my friend because he does not have a forums account. He has bought Elder Scrolls Online on steam 5 days ago. Ever since then he has been downloading it. (He has really bad download speed) He has finished downloading it on steam and is now downloading it on the launcher. Problem is, is that being on the launcher counts as playing the game. And this whole time he has been on the launcher he has been downloading the game. He has currently spent around 20 hours on the launcher trying to download the game and he got fed up with it and he wanted to return it.
Can i still return a game if i have more than 2 hours on it?
