I never made use of the refund option before but now, I have to use it.
I recently bought way of the samurai as pre-order. As the game was finally released, the price was waaay smaller, so I bought it totally overpriced. A developer of the game confirmed this. Steam shop must've made a mistake and mixed the prices.:mad:
Now I'm stuck with support. I mean, it takes long and until now I only get useless responses. :(
What is the best way to achieve a price match or refund ?:confused:
